Practical experience. Small-town roots. Strategy that actually works.
JDF Strategy was founded by Jeffrey D. Fowler, a rural Georgia community leader with hands-on experience in local government, chamber leadership, downtown development, nonprofit management, public communication, volunteer coordination, events, grants, and community planning.
Jeffrey’s work has never fit neatly into one box — and that is exactly the point.
In small communities, leaders often wear every hat at once. One day may involve preparing for a board meeting, writing a grant narrative, planning a festival, updating a website, helping a business owner, answering public questions, working with volunteers, solving a technology issue, or trying to turn a big idea into something a small team can actually complete.
That is the kind of work Jeffrey knows.
JDF Strategy was built from that experience: real community work, real constraints, real people, real budgets, and real deadlines.
